Individual 50 Minute Sessions - $90 per session
Couples 50 Minute Sessions - $100
Couples 80 Minute Sessions - $120

Interventions

 


Weight Loss Program - 12 Weeks in length (not including New Client Intake sessions)

Initial Consultation - $150 This consultation will take anywhere rom 1.5 to 2 hours and will include a survey and question and answer session. Your body composition will be assessed and a treatment outline will be included.
New Client Intake - $240 The intake will take 2 sessions each 1 to 1.5 hours and will include all body analysis and a metabolic test. From the questioning we will determine if any additional testing is neccessary. 
Weekly Consults - $55 These session take anywhere rom 30 to an hour and will include reveiw of yoru diet and exercise progress.

Individual Consultation
An individual weight management consultation - $60 (30 Minutes)   $100 (60 Minutes)
Body Composition Assessment - $30 - Advanced Bioimpedance Testing
Metabolic Testing - $35 - Advanced Metabolic Testing
Individual Exercise Program Comsultation - $120 - Complete workout planning based on needs and interests
  



Insurance
Obesity treatment is usually not covered by insurance, however new changes in the Internal Revenue Service guidelines for tax deductable charges to a health savings account allow for obesity treatment. If you have a health savings account you will be aweight issues and ble to use it to pay for treatment. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. We do not accept insurance for services but will provide you with the necessary forms to submit to your provider for reimbursement.

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
